THE SCIENCE BEHIND RED LIGHT THERAPY
HOW DOES THE SESSION WORK?
Our staff will walk you to your room & show you how to turn the red light bed and fan on.
You will lay in the bed & relax during your session - the bed will automatically turn off after your 15 minute session.
We recommend avoiding exfoliating the day of your red light session and arrive with clean & fresh skin (moisturizer is fine!). We provide protective eyewear, so no need to bring or wear anything special for your treatment - most clients go nude. After your appointment, you'll want to keep your skin moisturized & also stay hydrated so your body can continue to flush toxins.
