membership cancellation policy
GLOW MEMBERSHIPS (FACIALS)
As a valued SUMMERGOLD member, your glow membership includes a monthly facial. To respect our time and yours, we require at least a 24 hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

If you cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice, your facial credit will remain available for use within the same billing cycle.

If you cancel within 24 hours or miss your appointment, your facial & add-ons will be forfeited for that month.

This ensures we can maintain availability for all members and give our staff enough time to fill available appointment spots. We appreciate your understanding and commitment to prioritizing your self-care! 💖
RED LIGHT THERAPY
If you cannot make your red light therapy appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so another member can use the red light bed during that time. ​​
TO CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP:
​​We require at least one week's notice to process membership cancellations. Once a payment has been posted, it cannot be refunded. To cancel, please contact us (219) 513-9131 at least seven days before your next billing date to avoid future charges.
